So everything has been shoehorned into a trailer, a truck and a van, and is headed off to the farm. I'm not taking anything with me....a few things have been mailed ahead, and I'll be hitting up IKEA once I get all the way there.
Took everyone out for Indian buffet. I didn't know my friends had never had Indian food--we would've been sooner! Everyone is now officially stuffed, and I'm very sad that I waited until today to find out how yummy the local restaurant is.
The apartment is nearly empty: a blowup bed, a couple towels, and a very bewildered pup. One more night shift, and then a night to sleep and I'm on the road.

Almost ready
All the stuff to be sold is gone, the bike is packed, and one very rambunctious pup is complaining about the rain. Hopefully, it will stop by Saturday, when we're going to load all the furniture and send it back home with the kids.
My orientation packet came today, and I'm really pleased. Some of the things they're listing are new skills---I love to learn new stuff, and then to have a greater scope of practice. It ought to be great fun.
The bad part is saying goodbye. We had our last lesson with Sheli today, and I'll miss her and the people at Love on a Leash so much. I've learned so much since I started.
